Want to become a managing broker?

Completing managing broker courses Illinois is required for anyone who wants to manage a real estate office or who wants to become their own managing broker. In other words, to become self sponsored. In order to become a managing broker one is needed to complete an additional 45 hours of education and have an active real estate license for two of the last three years.

The 45-hour requirement combines 2 managing broker courses Illinois:

1.    30-hour managing broker pre-license Topics (home-study)*

2.    15-hour managing broker pre-license Applied Management & Supervision (interactive classroom)

Thirty hours home-study assignments must be completed before attending interactive classroom session. Home study materials are mailed to students upon registration.

Online course has also been great for people who have full-time work schedules or just want to complete a course in the comfort of their own home to get the managing broker license Illinois!  Those students who complete the online course within three to four months do much better on their state exam the first try!

Faculty at Inland Real Estate School is always available to help answer questions and elaborate further on any of the topics in their course.  The course also offers our compu-cram which will prepare you even more for the state test once you have completed the 90 hours!  This is only included with our online course!  Check out more information about the course at http://inlandreschool.com/managing-broker-prelicense/.

Our goal is to make sure all our students pass the state exam and acquire their managing broker license Illinois.
